Folks,

Effective February 18, 2010, I am writing this e-mail to inform you that I am resigning as President of Next Generation Media, Inc. I will continue to be a shareholder of Next Generation Media and will be available to assist Eric Fortman in other capacities outside of the day to day operations.

Eric will be the new President of Next Generation Media, Inc. Eric has done an incredible job since arriving at Next Generation Media several months ago. Eric’s career expertise and tremendous dedication go beyond just the sales area and I believe it is in the best interest of the company to leverage them during this challenging time of reorganization. Eric’s past experience will be a huge key in our success as we move through and emerge from reorganization a more strong, efficient and more profitable company. Please congratulate Eric on his new position and give him 100% of your complete support and dedication.

We will be holding a company meeting on Monday February 22 at 1:30 PM CST to discuss more details of the transition.

Thanks,

Scott Suedbeck
